Adventure Antol

Come prepared for adventure! Along with Bible Study and worship you’ll be working together as a team on the low ropes course, conquering the King Swing and other adventure activities including the Adventure Center and a Pedal Paddle trip at Ohiopyle. You’ll play 9 Square in the Air, GaGa Ball and develop skills in archery. This is a five night event, packed with adventure! Must be able to ride a bike.

Meet your Dean, Rayna Antol

Rayna has a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Special Education from Lock Haven and Youngstown Universities. Rayna taught students with multiple disabilities, cognitive delays and Autism for 10 years. She taught special education undergraduates for 5 years at Youngstown State University and supervised student teachers at the University of Akron. Rayna has also been a Director of Special Education. Currently, she supervises eight classrooms for students (ages K- 22 years old) in Portage County, Ohio which includes 32 staff members and 71 children. Classrooms in Rayna's care involve two highly specialized units for students with low incidence disabilities and Autism and a community-based transition unit for 18 to 22 year old students with a variety of disabilities. In her 19 year career in Special Education, Rayna has served in two states, four school districts, a vocational school and three Educational Service Centers.

Rayna spent 6 years as a camper at Jumonville and 2 years on summer staff. Rayna is excited to share Jesus Christ's Good News and looks forward to accommodating the cognitive and physical needs of  campers with disabilities so they can experience Jumonville and Christ's love to the fullest extent possible!
