Due by May 1 to Rebekah Tentative camp schedule with departure & return times – for the purpose of scheduling transportation and outfitters. The transportation budget is set to allow a certain amount of hours off-site. If you have questions about how to figure out how long you can be off-site, please contact Rebekah.
Adventure Deans: When creating your schedule, please do not schedule a Lower Yough trip or a canoeing trip for Tuesday. Waivers for your adventure activities are included in the packet that you receive at the Dean’s meeting. Please make as many additional copies as are necessary.
Program Staff requests: Please note – you are not guaranteed any program staff. Please make every effort to recruit enough staff for your event. Also, ALL DEANS, please mail or email your final schedule, Summer Info Sheet, & Cookout/snack sheet to Rebekah Greenawalt by MAY 1ST.
